Life's Tough but I'm right behind You

Hey, how's life? Honestly, I shouldn't be here, I have a lot of works. But who cares, it's holiday. It is a 4days holiday but all I do is rushing assignment and stuff. No way, I want do something for myself, at least this one.

Life's busy but it's interesting too, and at the same time, it's hard as well.

People asked me:" Why do you want to join clubs or events to make your life so stressful and tiring?"

People, life has never been easy. What's make your life hard, that's what's going to make you grow. Of course, complaints are a lot but when you choose to start something, complete it because it's what you have chosen for yourself. Human will not learn when things are good.

But for sure, we will get tired. The better you are, the more tiring you will be. What's more important is having a friend behind to back you up. There must be someone always been there, just if you look.

People, look.
I may not be able to help you a lot but I will always by your side.

Where Is The Nearest Place to Heaven?

It's holiday! My ever first Uni final exam ended. When my course mates talked about which formula they used, which unit was right which was wrong, which force to use and which one not to..... Oh my, I didn't understand what they crapping about. Who cares, it's already passed, I wouldn't even know if I really got right or wrong for the questions. Well, just don't fail, please.

I was planning to work during the holiday but yea, here I am, staying at home for the whole month. It's not that boring to help out my mom baking Chinese New Year biscuits but you know the feeling, being poor and stay home.

The only entertainment for this whole holiday were just the Counselling camp and my favourite part, Sabah trip with la gang. The camp was fun, I met new people finally for the whole holiday but the main point is the trip!Yen and I planned the trip. We wanted to go Khao Yai in Thailand but due to some reasons, we couldn't make it so that's how our Plan B showed up, our Sabah.

The flight tickets are dear, maybe it's because we booked late. It spent us RM 400+. Counting the flight ticket, we thought the transportation fees must be exceeding our budget but luckily we got a really really good service car rental center. The uncle was so friendly. He gave us lots of suggestions of what to eat, where to eat, what to play, where to go etc. The price is affordable and it's much lower than what we had expect. Here's the Facebook page of the driver uncle: https://www.facebook.com/au.pinkong.3?fref=ts . I don't usually advertise stuff, but the uncle is too good.

The first day, we explored around KK town to find food, wall painting and nice cafes. We took alot of photos, maybe too much, we
even made the road jammed just because we wanted to take photos. That was embarassing haha but not a bad memory. That's a really nice cafe we went, named October. The interior design is more to woody feel. It's nice. At night we went to their pasar malam. We were shocked that there are actually so many chinese in Sabah because we really have much chinese here in Terengganu, where I am studying now. The pasar malam was quite huge and lots of people there.

The next day we went to a few islands! The way they count the price for going to islands was different from here. They count according to number of islands you want to go and it was like a short trip, 2-3 hours per island, which is totally different from going to Redang Island, Lang Tengah Island or Perhention Islands here. The price is not expensive, RM 15+ per island. We rent their snorkelling tools too, RM 5 each. You can carry around the tools where ever you go and return it when you get back to KK town. We went two islands: Sapi and Manukan. They are beautiful, the water are crystal clear, the fishes can be clearly seen from the beach in Manukan island. The views are incredible, we took tonnes of photos there. They definitely worth your whole day just staying in those islands. At night, we went for sea food, which was fresh and cheap in Sabah. We ordered too much, really really too much but it just cost us RM 30+ each. There are alot of sea food stalls there, you can walk and check all before deciding which to go. People there are friendly and not forceful. Haha The attitude is completely different from all the places I have been to.

The third day, we went for white water rafting. They said that the rain hasn't been falling in Sabah for quite some times so the rivers are not so raging, which is not that exciting for rafting but we enjoyed swimming in the river and talking to the instructor. He was good at entertaining us. His name was Chai, if I'm not mistaken. We had relax and great time there. In the noon, driver uncle drove us all the way up Kundasang hill. The road was so slanted. You really need to be very skillful to drive up. Thanks to uncle, all we needed to do was just to sleep after spending all our energy for rafting, recharging needed. Thanks uncle! What's nice about the Kundasang hill? The Desa Dairy Farm. It a big farm, with lots of milk cows and goats! The scenery there would confused you. You might think that you're actually in New Zealand farm, not in Sabah. We were so excited about it. It's an excellent place for travelling photos. Not to miss the freshly made ice cream there too. It's RM 5 per cup. Absolutely worth it. In case you do not know, the size of the cup is almost same like the Moo Cow cup and it's really fresh and it's just cost you RM 5. What's other deal better than this? I chose durian ice cream, Nice! Other flavours are yogurt and chocolate. You should try out their milk too, the taste of the milk is totally different from the milk we bought in hypermarket, so much different and that's when I started to know what do they mean by "FRESH MILK".

After ice cream session, we went straight up to our chalet on Kundasang hill. It's very cold up there and the environment is so nice, different types of flowers everywhere and the houses looked all cottage.Very cute. Besides that, you can see the peak of the Kinabalu hill from where we were standing. It's just beside us, seriously, so near. At night, when out driver uncle couldn't stand the cold anymore, lock himself up in the room and didn't come out for the night anymore. We, who has just celebrated our January babies' birthday in the Strawberry cabin, with balloons and stuff, went out and lied down in the middle of the road. Looked up the sky, we saw galaxy. There were so many stars and they were so near to us. It was so beautiful. That was the mos beautiful dark sky I had seen before in my life. Couples should go, at least once, it would be one of the best memories ever. We lied down there, chat, sing and laugh. Without the light pollution and the clouds (the clouds are below us), you can never see this in KL, I'm swear.

The fourth day, we went down the hill, and went around KK town again. This time, uncle brought us to different spots that were really nice for photographs. Uncle definitely knows what our generations want. In the evening, after having our last sea food dinner in KK, we went back by flight. It's a really perfect trip for me, with the right people together, with the nice places and the friendly local people, thank you very much, Merci!

Birthday Wishes

Hi peeps! It's me. I'm back, sorry for leaving you alone, my lil blog.
Guess what, I am 21 years old now.
Oh Gosh sounds so old, I guess I'm still mentally and physically 18, I'm not ready for any adults things yet.
However, I know I have only 9 more years to 30 years old.
Girls don't have much time to be pretty and young.
I understand about that too so I'm so eager to start the 20s-girls-to-do-list.

Here's the list:

1. Go for trip at least once every year.
Humans live to see the beauty of the world. It sounds so right to me.
I don't mind going on some short gateaway, but yea a new place a year.
Take some really nice photos to record the moment when I live young life to the fullest is really a must.

2. Learn to save money.

Honestly, I was quite at this when I was in primary school.
I started spending alot after I had started working as part timers.
So, I think I should pick up the good habit again by spending less on shopping or food and have a nice piggy bank.

3. Read more books.

I like to read but more to teenagers' love stories.
I think I have come to the age that should stop reading those fantasies kind of books.
But old habits are hard to change.
I will still reading all my fallen angels series of books and try to pick some self-improvement books too.

4. Be more creative.

You know, my sis is getting more and more amazing.
Ways she thinks, things she does and all sorts of ideas she have (even though she is still not that considerate).
Things that she makes or creates are nice. I want to be like her too but it seems like so hard to reach that level.
Well I think the first things I should do is to developed my own style and be confident about myself and my work.

5. Go for a Working Holiday to New Zealand.

This is a new thing I have found out from Facebook recently.
I have thought about doing this before but it's just an idea that I wasn't really serious about it.
When I saw the post about working holiday, hmmm that's right!
This is the thing I should do before I get old.
This is hard to do I know but why not try first, I want to do something that not everyone has done before.
Especially after I have met new friends in university and listened to their stories, I really don't want to waste my 20s year old time.
I want to do something different from my life, out of my comfort zone now, but not too big the step, like do not ask me to take a music class or to sing in front of people.
I rather die.

Okay so far that's all I can think of. I wish I can really do all the things that I want to do before I'm too late. Please, give me the energy give me the mood.

Happy Birthday to Me.
